WELCOME TO FIRST ASSEMBLY

First Assembly has something for everyone!  We welcome everyone from all walks of life into our church, and would love to meet you.  We know that visiting a church for the first time can sometimes be an overwhelming experience, but having an idea of what to expect can certainly help.

When Should I Show Up?
We have 2 weekend services for you to choose from; Sunday at 9 am and
10:45 am  Each service features programs for children all the way through high school.

So that you won’t feel rushed, we do recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the service so that you have time to drop off your kids at their programs and make your way over to the main Sanctuary.

What Should I Wear?
Our services are for you, so come dressed however you feel most comfortable. We’re thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. Dressed up or dressed down, we have a variety of styles at our services from shorts and flip-flops to suits and ties.

Getting Connected
Before or after service, please stop by our Welcome Center near the main entrance to receive a gift and browse our information racks.  One of our volunteers will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Coffee and Bookstore

Pick up a quick breakfast (at a nominal cost) in the coffee shop.  The adjacent bookstore offers a variety of titles, class study guides, hand-crafted materials by our international community, candy, gum, mints and lots of other things.  Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Coffee Shop Hours:

Parking
Our main entrance off West Washington Center Road leads directly to our visitor parking section up front, where we’ve reserved a great parking spot just for you.   Those with young children may prefer our family parking lot on the north side of the building, with a drop-off area in front of door 14.  Those with handicapped parking tags enjoy designated parking in all lots.

Youth
The Tribe youth group is for all students in grades 6-12.  Kids meet together and separately for a wide variety of activities including a weekly mid-week service, small groups, Bible studies, retreats, camps, outreach events, and service projects.  Because your teen’s safety is a high priority, all youth workers must pass a background check.

Children
We provide a safe, fun, and clean environment where your child can grow and learn while you are in service (although children are welcome in service with you at any time). Age appropriate activities are available for all children from birth to grade 5. Because your child’s safety is a high priority, all child care workers must pass a background check.
