“You have an anointing from the Holy One,” (1 John 2:20). At the Chrism Center for Ministry Formation, we are helping to shape the ministry gifts and passions that the Holy Spirit has given men and women who desire to serve the Lord as church leaders, pastors, missionaries, and other areas of Kingdom leadership.

The Chrism Center for Ministry Formation shapes the Spirit’s anointing in the lives of emerging leaders by:

  • partnering with the work of the Spirit in the character and spiritual formation of leaders.
  • training leaders in the dynamics of the Spirit-filled life and ministry.
  • giving leaders a biblical understanding of the nature of the church as a living organism.
  • introducing leaders to the practical ministry skills important to fruitful Kingdom service.
  • equipping emerging leaders with foundational relational skills that are necessary for healthy interpersonal relationships.
  • placing emerging leaders in relationship with seasoned pastors, missionaries, and church leaders who can mentor them.
  • partnering with Southwestern Assemblies of God University to provide high quality biblical and theological training.
  • engaging leaders in community outreach to a variety of cultures, ages, and life-settings.
